Infinium is a progressive metal band from Rochester, NY.

Featuring Kyle Worgo on vocals, Lucas Johnston on electric guitar, Josh Klingler on drums, and Joseph Buck on bass guitar, Infinium made their debut with the singled titled Overpopulation on November 11th, 2021. Which was then followed up with their second single titled Mycelium, released on March 26th, 2022. Their most recent song, “Chromophores”, was released on November 15th, 2024.

Infinium presents a modern technical metal sound with syncopated riffs and groove metal drums, rampant with time signature changes and polyrhythms. Infinium songs tend to blend many influences, featuring powerful vocal melodies reminiscent of post-hardcore bands, as well as the heavy downtuned syncopated guitar riffs of a djent band. Their songs even tend to bend genres, incorporating elements of jazz and progressive rock music.
